I am an individually owned inspection company and not a franchise.  I personally perform all inspections and provide my customers with an extensive computer generated report.  My reports are comprehensive with photos, graphics with descriptions and information that details the property's condition at the time of the inspection.  Basically it is a snapshot on the condition of your future home at the time of the inspection.  All inspection reports are based on the Texas Real Estate Commission's Standards of Practice.   Click to see what we inspect
